Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, receives your order. If items from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of the final item.

You must clearly inform us within this period that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can do so by email at info@byinada.nl or by post using the address below. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory. Prior approval is not required.

Please include your name and order number where possible so that we can locate your order.

Returns and Return Shipping Costs

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the items to:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the items are your responsibility. These costs depend on the carrier and the country from which the parcel is sent. Please retain your proof of postage.

Handle the product with care and return it securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging if you still have it. You may inspect and assess the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Sealed Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery.

This exception applies only if the product falls within this legal exception, was delivered with a genuine seal and you were informed before purchase that breaking the seal would cause you to lose your right of withdrawal. Haircare and beauty products are therefore not automatically excluded from returns.

The same statutory right of withdrawal applies to discounted items as to items sold at their regular price.

Refunds

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. If you return only part of the order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@byinada.nl. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will provide an appropriate solution at no cost to you. Any necessary return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by BY INADA. Your statutory rights in relation to defective products are separate from the withdrawal period and are not limited to 14 days.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. You may withdraw from the original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
